Thanks to its open company culture, flat organizational structure, and short lines of communication, VDL VDS offers its employees a pleasant and safe working environment.

During the induction program, you will spend a few days working in each department. This allows you to learn not only the basics of the daily work of the other departments, but also get to know all your colleagues who work there. This ensures that after your first few weeks, you will have already developed a relationship with colleagues from different departments.

Not only professional development is important at VDL VDS, the atmosphere and team spirit among employees are equally valued. Various activities are regularly organized for employees and their families, as well as for all employees. The employees' association organizes several activities each year. Together with your colleagues, you will also kick off the summer break with drinks and end the year with a dinner.

As an employee of VDL VDS, you can also participate in activities organized on behalf of VDL Groep for all employees, such as the annual VDL Party, the VDL Efteling Day, the annual VDL Football Tournament (indoor and outdoor), and the regularly recurring Young VDL Event.

Operator Persafdeling

Als operator speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waarin je verantwoordelijk bent voor het instellen en bedienen van de persmachines. Je houdt toezicht op het productieproces en schakelt met verschillende afdelingen om het productieproces te kunnen verbeteren en de kwaliteit te waarborgen.

Product Engineer

Als Engineer beoordeel je de maakbaarheid van een product. Je stelt prijscalculaties op en bent verantwoordelijk voor een zo economisch mogelijk bewerkingsplan en de specificaties voor de inkoopartikelen, materialen en diensten. Gedurende het gehele project geef je technische ondersteuning aan afdeling in- en verkoop.

We zijn op zoek naar een BBL allround medewerker productietechniek plaatwerk niveau 3.  Je werkt met laser-, plasma- of waterstraal snijmachines, kant- en zetbanken, profielbuigmachines en diverse lasmethodes.
